Problem: Patient requests smile improvement and presents with upper anterior teeth that are stained, incisal edges (tooth edge) are worn down and chipped, teeth are crowded.

Solution: Smile restored with placement of 4 porcelain veneers. Pt requested very light shade despite not using whitening products as directed. However, pt. delighted!
