Problem: Pt. presented with her very uneven smile line and requested a simple solution. Tooth drifting from periodontal disease has caused uneven teeth.

Solution: Tooth position and "evenness" corrected by simple reshaping and bonding composite filling. Not a solution for the periodontal disease infection.

Solution: A single ceramic veneer and approx. 1hr. of tooth reshaping during a simple procedure did the trick and made this patient happy.
